We met in the summer of 2012, during a vacation in Italy, being unequivocally fascinated by the authentic flavors discovered at that time, that we couldn't help but dream of having our own authentic Gelato at home.

Studies, Courses, Seminars at 3 renowned schools in Italy, honed our mastery and skill. Although we chose and believed in a dream, the reality of the taste made us understand that in fact artisanal ice cream chose us to create it.
